AN AEGEAN jetliner heading for Larnaca had to make an unscheduled landing at Paphos due to the storms in Cyprus.
Meanwhile, Paphos Fire Department has been out clearing debris from roads and has also pumped water from several basements in the region.
Strong winds and storms have battered much of the island since Friday, with snowfall in the mountains – and all roads leading to the Troodos are open only for vehicles equipped with snow chains or four-wheel drives.
