Three new coronavirus cases were detected in the Republic of Cyprus on Thursday, when 2,452 tests were conducted, raising total known cases since the outbreak of the pandemic to 1,517.
All three new cases got tested privately and have a history of travel, the health ministry said.
One involves an asymptomatic Indian man permanently residing in Cyprus, who returned to the island from India on August 20 and got tested prior to returning to work.
